I’m based in Ontario Canada and have spent the past decade working with the subconscious mind through hypnosis, breathwork, and somatic practices. My introduction to plant medicine changed everything—it helped me rediscover patience, acceptance, and the grace of letting go. Like many drawn to this work, my path hasn’t been linear; there were times I lost my way. Yet these same modalities guided me back to center and to a deeper purpose. Trained with EOLPC, I now support others in meeting end-of-life transitions with compassion, curiosity to, and practical care—from creating legacy gifts to organizing personal affairs. My intention is to help others find peace and meaning, even in life’s most mysterious thresholds.
