Niki Staab is a dedicated death doula and co-founder of KC End of Life, serving individuals and families since 2020. Niki’s calling to end-of-life work began with a deeply personal experience at her grandmother’s bedside, where she recognized the profound need for compassionate guidance during life’s final chapter. Since then, she has supported countless families with holistic care offering emotional, practical, and spiritual support from diagnosis through bereavement. As co-founder of KC End of Life, Niki is committed to ensuring that every person, regardless of resources, has access to dignified and comprehensive end-of-life support. Her work centers on advocacy, education, and building community-based networks of care so that no one has to navigate the end of life alone.
